Spirituality, Sacred and the Devine in Humanism

Until God reveals Itself on a personal level; humans are left to their own devices to connect and experience Oneness. Since we live a majority of our lives in work or employment, we need to connect with this Oneness during work.  Future Organizations will have to tap into this experience.

“The humanistic approach has its roots in phenomenological and existentialist thought[7] (see KierkegaardNietzscheHeideggerMerleau-Ponty and Sartre). Eastern philosophy and psychology also play a central role in humanistic psychology, as well as Judeo-Christian philosophies of personalism, as each shares similar concerns about the nature of human existence and consciousness.[2]
