Zeitgeist, Globalization, Internet, and local languages

When globalization first surfaced, English was the predominate force, but for Asia, Asian countries, such as Japan and then South Korea became foci.  As the Internet remains the dominate force, spirit, or Zeitgeist through out, local nations can access information in their local language which reduces the importance of English.
